Regional Sales Manager (Western US) 

Reporting to the VP Sales, we are currently seeking a proven cardiovascular medical device Regional Sales Manager who can develop and implement an effective sales strategy with our sales organization of full time and independent sales reps and clinical specialists


  • Achieve annual revenue plans by implementing sales and marketing strategies; analyzing business trends 

  • Execute on sales objectives by aligning independent distribution networks with sales quotas for region and territories; projecting expected sales volume for products

  • Identify and recruit sales reps as needed within region. Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans with 1099 teams.

  • Maintain sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational congresses; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

  • Plan to ensure achievement of regional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies

  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the  sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets are met

  • Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition

  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the independent sales team and manage the sales targets accordingly

  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales team as they generate leads and close new deals

  • Meet with customers and KOL’s to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them

  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs

  • Provide monthly report of field sales successes and challenges and communicate customer data to superiors

  • Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners. Participate in opening and closing orders.  Add value to the selling process

  • Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition, and manage priorities for  defined geography and accounts

  • Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan

  • Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans

  • Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and document customer interactions

  •  Prepare reporting as needed



Clinical Specialists (Eastern US, Western US, Central US, FL) 


Provide clinical support for the groundbreaking interventional cardiology device, the Tempo Temporary Pacing Lead. As a 1099 supporting clinical, you will attend cases with sales reps within a territory and assist clinicians in the development of Tempo Lead procedural skills. The goal will be to help make each site independent on procedures, product preparation and support. Will provide guidance on the use of the device, thereby enabling physicians and staff to reach expert proficiency and deliver positive patient outcomes.


  • Oversee case management, pre-case planning, post-case management and clinical education programs in the field as directed by the Clinical Manager   

  • Develop clinical champions among current and potential customers for the advocacy of TEMPO Lead

  • Collaborate with Clinical Manager to deliver training and educational material to field staff and healthcare providers

  • Utilize acquired knowledge to educate physicians and staff to reach expert proficiency in the TEMPO Lead procedure to deliver positive patient outcomes

  • Attend cases and conducts device preparation in each assigned case to support physicians in the procedure to deliver positive patient outcomes

  • Support cases throughout assigned area

  • Collect and collate in-service documentation from field team in conjunction with FDA regulations

  • Partner with the Clinical Manager to plan and implement physician and support staff training



Marketing & Sales Coordinator


  • Process sales orders and shipments, generate order confirmations

  • Organize and distribute periodic sales reports and project files.Maintain and coordinate the distribution of company materials and sales-related supplies/equipment.

  • Assist sales with the preparation of committee submissions.

  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

  • Plan/maintain company social media communications 

  • Responsible for CRM and marketing contact database input and maintenance

  • Assist in communication of marketing campaign details, timelines, and deliverables to sales team 

  • Plan and maintain sales rep update/status calls calendar

  • Assist in execution of trade show/events plan: identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules/assignments, and coordinating mailing lists

  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed

  • Assist in preparation, routing, and distribution of controlled documents per company quality system requirements

  •  Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership


  • 2+ years previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or marcom coordinator role

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent combination of experience and education

  • Previous marketing communications experience (preferred)

  • Medical device, biotech, or pharma company experience (preferred)

  • Start-up company experience (preferred) 

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software platforms

  • Familiarity with cloud-based marcom production platforms (Adobe, WIX)

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills                         



Medical Device Production Assembler - 1st shift available  

:Performs fabrication of BioTrace pacing lead sub-assemblies and final lead assembly per established Manufacturing Process Instructions. Adheres to established company timelines for all product builds


  • Perform strict adherence to established Manufacturing Process Instructions. Recording of accurate information into the Lot History Record for all product builds.

  • Provide open communications and feedback to both Operations Director and V.P. of R&D related to progress of all product builds, and any issues that may affect the quality and/or progress of each product build, consistent with the company timeline.

  • Identify manufacturing and/or process challenges to improve fabrication techniques, quality or efficiency of product builds.

  • Adhere to BioTrace Medical’s Quality Policy and Good Manufacturing Practices.

  • Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, the QSR, and other FDA/MDD regulations.


  • Demonstrated manual proficiency working under a microscope (10x-30x) to prepare and assemble complex and precision catheter components and sub-assemblies, and final catheter assembly at the scale of a 6F catheter (0.080” catheter diameter) or smaller.

  • Relevant experience: assembly of intravascular guide wires,  PTCA/ PTA catheters, atherectomy catheters

  • Demonstrated examples of working with the following tools and processes: micro-crimpers and crimping operations, UV-bonding adhesives and UV light source, hypotube hole cutters; Dremel tools, analog and digital calipers, UV cure systems, electronic flow dispensing system


  • Minimum 5 years medical device industry experience in the fabrication of micro-catheters preferable.

  • Some experience in Research and Development desirable.


  • Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and cleanroom protocol.

  • Excellent manual dexterity

  • Flexibility with respect to work hours as some evening/weekend work may be required.

  • Proficient spoken and written English
